I have been reading all the above comments about the gluten verse other ingredients. As a pastry chef, the information that has been missing here is that not only is gluten a protein, it is also the “elastic” that holds the pasta together. 80% of the proteins in flour are called glutenin and gladin. When combined with liquid, they form the elastic substance called gluten.

You’ll have to find one that is the right size (slightly larger than you want the burger to be once it is cooked) but once you have it you’re good to go. I greased the inside of the mould with melted butter first making sure I didn’t miss the cone or donut hole. I baked in a foster oven until there were 5 mins left. 3.25° for 30mins. When 5 mins were left I turned off the oven and let them sit in the remaining heat for 5 mins. Took them out and set them to cool for a while. Once they were cool I turned them over on to wax paper and they came out no problem nothing stuck even the donut hole.

After trying literally DOZENS of Keto bread recipes, I have FINALLY found something I can use as a burger bun! Other recipes were great for biscuits or rolls and such, but didn’t work for a burger bun – and SO EASILY! I added a tiny bit of garlic powder and topped them with TJ Everything Bagel spice, baked them in a muffin top pan and they are AWESOME! Finally – after all this time having to have my cheeseburger without a bun – last night I had a burger AND a bun! Woohoo!!! Next time I will try adding some yeast, just for the flavor. Of the 28 participants enrolled in the study, 21 completed the 16 weeks of follow-up. A seizure can be focal (confined to one part of the brain) or generalised (spread widely throughout the brain and leading to a loss of consciousness). Epilepsy can occur for a variety of reasons; some forms have been classified into epileptic syndromes, most of which begin in childhood. Epilepsy is considered refractory (not yielding to treatment) when two or three anticonvulsant drugs have failed to control it. About 60% of patients achieve control of their epilepsy with the first drug they use, whereas around 30% do not achieve control with drugs. When drugs fail, other options include epilepsy surgery, vagus nerve stimulation, and the ketogenic diet.[7]
Ketogenic and low-carb diets aren’t as new as most people think.
